Founded in 1837 by a group of local townspeople called the Friends of Education, Muskingum University has always been committed to local education. Numerous local programs help teens in areas such as sports and music, and now Games By Teens adds the field of game design to the list. The University aims to help the teens of the area succeed no matter what their area of interest.
Resource Systems was founded by two Muskingum graduates who believed the area could support a successful technology company. The founders, Greg Adams and Larry Triplett, have built a business around improving the quality of care and patient tracking at care facilities across the nation with their CareTracker system. They’re also committed to supporting local education, and have provided many wonderful opportunities for Muskingum College students to work on real life projects.
Google has contributed to the success of the GamesByTeens contests through their Google Rise Awards. Google’s generous support has enabled us to expand the number of contestants we can support in 2010.
